Like to share couple of points: 1. Kettle should be provided in each room as it is very difficult to drink such cold water. 2. Room heater service is high. 3. Food quality and taste is good. 4. Staffs behaviour is good and service is moderate. 5. We don't get any view from room. In order to get better view you have to go the terrace 6. Not sure why the driver food charge is also included in your bill. 7. Location wise it is good but view wise it's not that good unless you go to terrace from where you get a nice view. Overall stay was good but they need to make available the basic necessities in the room in order to provide a better experience to the customers.

Rooms are pretty decent. We were not able to see the Himalayas clearly as there was fog during our stay. The staff is chill and very helpful. They even arranged a bonfire for us and that too free of cost.

The services provided by all the staff were absolutely fantastic and hotel location is damn good. I will recommend everyone to enjoy this pleasant hotel with natural beauty everywhere around it. Location is best is whole Kausani as Himalayas are clearly visible from this hotel only. Thanks hotel team all your services.

Kausani Residency is a good hotel with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Overall experience was wonderful...availability of telescope to explore Himalayas in-depth, room services and big space of room with clean washroom with geyser. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area and beside Gandhi Ashram which gave us an effort less visit to it and another angle to explore Himalayas. In my experience food quality was excellent but staff service were very good and cooperative.
