There are no functional lifts in this property and all the stairs are at a steep incline. No attempt is being made to repair the lifts and management said it's our fault for assuming there would be a lift inside the hotel. There were senior citizens in the group and we were provided accommodation on the top floor. Staff informed that the lift does not work. We requested relocation to the ground floor but were told no room is available. Had to find alternative accommodation in another hotel nearby despite which was expensive due to last minute booking. Upon calling the management at the phone number of the Google listing, instead of apologizing for the situation, the man blamed it on us saying nowhere in their listing they have advertised that they have lifts available and we should have called to inquire if there are lifts. This was extremely absurd and he continued to say how the hotel had spent 15 lakhs on building lifts. The rooms are OK for the rates, but in case of any issue there is no service or assistance. Also the attitude of the management is the exact opposite of hospitality, as they will instead try to tell you that everything is your fault.

1. The room was not ready even after informing multiple times and we came after check in time. 2. Hotel was asking for complete payment even before entering room, it clearly shows intention that guests may run after seeing the room or service. Even 50 % payment was done before. 3. Your staff refused to provide second hand towel and said only one hand towel is allowed. Later they provided. Poor management. 4. Sofa was badly stained, is this the hospitality you show to guests by hotel? Run down property. 5. Roti charged more than menu rates. Why? Because management is poor and staff is unaware and saying because software has amended the rates. Then you give 10 % discount of food when you were caught red handed. Sorry state of affairs at hotel. 6. In breakfast nothing is displayed. You have to ask everything like fruits or parantha or anything, and then you put only 1 waiter on duty. Sad part again. Wastage of time and effort in all this nuisance. Though food quality was good and served hot. 7. There were certain good things in your hotel which get hidden due to all nuisance hotel create at various places. 8. Hotel has a good property. But there is lot of scope of improvement. Now i feel that online bad reviews were true.

"While our stay at Kavish the Haveli resort offered a generally positive experience with swift and attentive service, several concerning issues detracted from its overall appeal. Regrettably, the food quality fell below expectations, and there were evident management shortcomings affecting the establishment's efficiency. Furthermore, security lapses observed during a party for another guest raised concerns regarding safety measures within the hotel premises. Despite the positive aspects, these concerns need urgent attention to ensure a safer and more satisfying stay for all patrons."

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the breathtaking resort in Kumbhalgarh, and it was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning beauty of the surroundings and the warm hospitality of the staff. The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and offered all the modern amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail and cleanliness truly impressed me, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The food at the resort was by no means terrible, it simply didn't leave a lasting impression on me. Considering the serene ambiance and beautiful location, I expected the food to match the overall experience, but it fell a bit short in that regard. Above all, the staff's hospitality and warmth made my stay truly exceptional. They were always ready to assist with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. In conclusion, my stay at the resort in Kumbhalgarh was an unforgettable journey of relaxation, rejuvenation, and connection with nature. I highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a peaceful escape in the lap of luxury.
