Good Property with Good Location, Good Food with Ambience. The quality of Room Service poorer then any low cost Hotels. For any requirements you have to call 3 times. We had to take a bath with cold water in winter which is basic requirement. We have also lost our Charging wire cable post room cleaning. No one bothered about your request after paying such a high premium.

I am giving it one star because there is no option of Zero star. I came with my wife to celebrate our first anniversary. The location is great with amazing view but the people running the property are worst you will come across in a service industry. Food is OK and service is pathetic. You wait for the golf cart forever. Worst part was we were celebrating our anniversary in the balcony and a bunch of monkey attacked us. It was beyond frightening as we locked the door and told the reception to send us help but they took forever to come. It took three calls from us for them to respond. My wife was shivering with fear and told me she doesn't want to stay here anymore. While entering they don't coordinate properly (its a steep single road to enter where only one vehicle can go at a moment) and once while coming a tractor came right on front of us and any thing could have happened to us had I not been careful. On confronting the staff they said we communicated person down to wait and it was his mistake. Overall a very unsafe and poor experience. Rajasthan is famous for its hospitality and I am amused such a premium property is so poor with their hospitality. Save your money and look for other options.

I want to take experience of this beautiful property, but sadly I was chasing for the booking inquiry form last 3-4 days with their receptionists. Still, sometimes they did not even pick up the call, and if they picked up if we asked for details and asked them to send package details via messages for that too they did not revert on time. I tried to get an inquiry from another WhatsApp number message but the same thing happened. So before even experiencing the property their customer service is really poor.

It’s an amazing resort with a breathtaking view of Kumbhalgarh. it was such a wonderful experience. We received top notch treatment from staff and The resort has got beautiful rooms and swimming pools. the rooms are spacious,comfortable and beautiful designs. Ambience is so good. The verity of dining options was also impressive. The Best thing is the level of service provided by your staff was truly outstanding. The team members were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request or inquiry. In conclusion, my time at your resort was truly exceptional, and I cannot thank you enough for providing such an unforgettable experience. I will gladly recommend your resort to friends, family, and colleagues, and I eagerly look forward to my next visit.
