Booked a river view room. The room had good space. Bed was okay with spring mattresses. As requested, they allowed for early check-in and also provided drop facility to railway station. Con- they need to maintain hygenic standards in kitchen. While visiting the dining area for breakfast, there were random 1-2 small cockroach roaming freely near to the toaster.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Kay's Riverview Resort. The budget-friendly rooms were comfortable, and the helpful staff made the experience even better. The mini pool was a refreshing bonus, and the resort's location near Baga Beach is a definite plus.

I you are planning to book this hotel then must read my review first. Hotel Staff is very rude as in other reviews they have mentioned this hotel is run by goons thats true. Do not ever plan to go with family here. They will show you different room on booking website and then give you another room which is very basic. This happened in my case i have booked a premium room with cleartrip but when i reach hotel they gave me very basic room and when i deny to take that room these rude people ask me to leave the hotel immediately with my family and luggage which is not possible. Ultimately i have to take that room. Rooms are so dirty, spider webs and lizards all over the rooms and area. Also bad smells in room. Property is very old dont go with the pitcher’s uploaded. Breakfast is very bad you dont even get kettle and tea packs in room. I advise everyone to not to book this hotel even if this is the last hotel in universe.
