The rooms were ok, but the service they do is trash, i ask for a sealed water bottle and they gave me unsealed water bottle with muddy water in it. And on asking they insist that the water is finished but i could clearly see them stacking aqua fina in the cupboards. I ask for a towel and they gave me floor mat, upon asking they schooled me that those are the towels we use lmao. Do not expect room service, u have to literally beg the manager for any sort of basic amenities, and the best part, the manager is not at all in the hotel for maximum time and the workers don't know Hindi.

Situated at perfect location for people who has any work relevance in salt lake. Clean, hygienic and well organized rooms with all basic amenities. I had to face mosquito issue on day one but that also got eradicated on next day. In addition, food quality was also good.

The place is quite ok. We have a conference here and booked this place. The arrangement is nice. Internal setup is also good. There are some problem regarding car parking as the parking place is small and the entrance road is quite narrow. The banquet is at mahisbatan and easily noticeable from the main road. The banquet is situated on the road side towards narkelbagan. The reception is also good. All in all i like this place.
