Nice hotel in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to transport and others. The staff especially the day Manager Subrato(not too sure about the name), wearing specs are really cordial and very helpful. On the whole a great experience.Food I did not experience since we had come for a marriage

Using black sheets. Service was terrible. The room has terrible lighting. They have a nauseating perfume throughout the whole place. The place is not comfortable at all. Tthe elevator did not work when leaving early morning.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the hotel. I had a pleasant stay, but there was a minor issue that I believe needs attention. First and foremost, I'd like to commend staff for their excellent service during my stay. The employees were polite, courteous, and attentive to my needs throughout my visit. However, I did encounter a small issue during my stay that I feel compelled to mention. There were insects in my room.
