The stay was pretty disappointing. We booked two rooms - one with jacuzzi and the other a regular one. The jacuzzi in our room didn't really work and the water that filled up was kinda dirty and extremely stinky. We mentioned this to the staff, they came and took a look but nothing was done to fix it although we were told it will be done before we came back from sight seeing. The next day while checking out when we mentioned it again a staff started arguing with us in raised voice and had to be calmed down by other staff members. Aldo another staff mentioned that the jacuzzi in our room had always had a problem. Not sure why we were given this room then. As a compensation they reduced rs.750 from our bill (for 2 nights) although we paid over 7k for the room per night and the regular room costs around 5k per night. The food was pretty average. The pool was really good though. It's small but it's super clean and has amazing view. The only saving grace of this property. Big kudos to the pool boy who was actually there all the time cleaning and sweeping.

I visited with my family and the experience was fantastic. The team was so helpful and chef Ram prepared our special request with a very smiling face . It was the best hotel during my whole rajasthan tour. Wish I had time to spend more time there.

It was a wonderful stay with you. Room, services are excellent. View of morning sunrise is mesmerizing from your location. Swimming pool is also wonderful. Would like to visit again. Enjoyed throughly.

Visited this resort with family and friends. Has awesome view from rooms and from any other place of the property. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food is good too special thanks to Mr. Mukesh for fine service from restaurant. The main and most beautiful feature is of course the swimming pool. It creates infinity pool effect and provides immense view of the nature. Pool boy Mr, Raju was there all the time for the guests, hats off. Other activities are there too. Recommended for quite, peaceful, romantic stay with friends, family and couple.

One of the best stays in Kumbalgargh with beautifully designed hotel building. The hotel and its rooms were very elegant and exquisite just like any other fort in the state. The suite room with Jacuzzi is a must try. After a long walk on the kumbargarh fort, relaxing in a hot tub is very refreshing. Overall the aesthetics and decorative of the hotel was lovely. The folk dance and live music in the evening was delightful. However, the hotel management and staff was very inefficient and pathetic. It was not expected from one of the biggest hotels in its area to lack in such basic necessities. The reception staff could not manage check-ins which caused delayed checkin for many. And the most important point was its dining area. The restaurant was so small that it was not sufficient for the number of rooms or guests this hotel is accommodating in a day. There was chaos during breakfast and people had to wait in long ques for live counter and wait for long time for the staff to refill the buffet food. On top of such mismanagement and mess during breakfast, the food was horrible, paratha was hard, tea and coffee was extremely cold and other food items were raw or improperly cooked and tasteless. We were highly disappointed with hotel management especially when it comes to food quality and service of its restaurant. It is recommended to book this hotel room without meals.
