I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent stay at La Calypso Hotels. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention. Service and Hospitality: The level of service and hospitality provided during our stay was well below par. We encountered unresponsive staff who showed little concern for our needs and requests. Room Conditions: The room we were assigned was in a deplorable state. The overall cleanliness was lacking, and the non-functioning AC made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially given the prevailing weather conditions. Safety Concerns: Most concerning was the safety issue we encountered in the bathroom. While taking a shower, we experienced electrical grounding, which posed a significant safety risk. I believe that such experiences are not reflective of the standard of La Calypso Hotels, and I hope you take these concerns seriously. I urge you to investigate these issues promptly and take corrective actions to prevent future guests from having similar experiences. As a loyal customer, I had higher expectations of your establishment, and this visit has left me with a negative impression. I sincerely hope that you will take steps to address these issues and enhance the quality of service and safety at your hotel. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Resort is average hotel with limited parking. Swimming pool is small and is closed during morning hrs 6am to 8am Cleaning of pool starts only after 8 am. Payment of poolside drinks has to be done at pool side and cannot be paid along with room bills They dont have a private beach, as baga is a public beach and anyone can go on this beach. Their staff is mostly very good and polite accept one or two who are backed by their managers . Room service bill payment when done in cash balance is never paid back If you organise any party in their hall it will be closed by 11 pm as per the law they will not wait for a minute and they will interupt while the performances are on.

Worst staying experience ever in Goa. Mr Shailesh the staff of the property had put our mood off , he just stopped the music while performance was going on in a close hall allocated to us for the party, he and his superiors were not apologetic for he did. He kept on misbehaving. Food quality is not up to ur lowest expectation. Room services are the worse delayed. While on beach side in the night they put light off, that makes dificullt for everyone to locate the property.

Worst experience of my travel life.we planned our college reunion in Goa.We were enjoying peacefully inside the hotel with music.somebody from the reception wants to stop the music but he has done it without discussion mid way between a performance.he also behaved very rudely infront of whole group that includes female doctors also.even he has not apologize for his behaviour. I don't know why they have spoilt the whole mood with that type of behaviour. Pls avoid if possible
