I stayed at Hotel Sarover Portico recently and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The hotel is located near industrial units, making it inconveniently far from the city center. It took me about 15 minutes to reach the nearest shop, which was inconvenient. The major issue I faced was with the air conditioning; it didn't work properly, and it took multiple calls and a long wait for technicians to fix it. The room ambiance was dull, and there was an unpleasant smell in my room despite it being supposedly ready for guests. Additionally, the food portion sizes were incredibly small; it didn't even satisfy the hunger of young children. The service, including both food delivery and general assistance, was slow, taking between 20 to 25 minutes on average. I also experienced an electric shock from the shower, indicating a potential safety hazard due to inadequate grounding in the building. Hygiene standards were lacking, and overall, the hotel needs significant improvement in this area. The only positive aspect was a nice lawn for evening walks, but considering the overall experience, it hardly compensates for the numerous issues faced during my stay. Given my experience, I would rate this hotel two stars.

Hotel is not prepared to give the customers service which is expected by brand like sarovar portico. The buffet breakfast was horrible, staff is not trained to serve the clients. Hotel rooms are not made readily available with basic things like towels, water or room heaters. As a customer, we were getting things organised for the hotel, which charged a heavy amount for our stay, not at all expected by "sarovar, would never stay again in such a hotel. Power cuts, internet issues, hot water issues. What not. Issue list do not just finish. I do not recommend if you want to stay peaceful.
