Horrible stay They dont even provide you the basic amenities like centralised heating, Functional tv, and most basic hot water wat else u need in a hotel. As my room no. Was 312 my stay was from 24-25th i checked in at 2:00 pm and i requested at reception that your room heating is not working firstly dey took 1 hour to fix it and after 5 mins heating stopped again then i called up at reception again they said we ll change the room but they didnt and started repairing it again and gave me a oil heater instead in between i checked tv remote was not working also i requested to change that as well but they took one hour to day lil thing and took 4 hours to fix that room heating issue. In the morning 9:30 was about to take a bath but no hot water was dere i complained at reception again for that and they said again we ll change the room but they didnt to do that. Staff came to repair and fix that running hot water problem so told them m going for breakfast please fix it asap but after an hour i came back hot water was still not available i called up at reception again to please change the room as i need to bath but again they sent the staff to repair dey took another half n hour to repair it but was unable to fix that issue they dint even bother to change my room unfortunately i had to checkout from there and shifted to another hotel. I strongly recommend not to stay at this hotel bcoz staff is not at all cooperative not even bother to solve ur problem and they lack of basic amenities. They are just spoiling the brand name. Food was good no complains. But stay was horrible. Ll never visit again at this property

Home like experience when you are away from home. Feeling safe and secure with a relaxed mind after working outside location. Staff is supporting and giving good service. The garden away from the main road gives silent feel,good for walk.

Had a good stay at the hotel. The room was clean and well kept. However had challenges getting hot water in the morning. The supply was not continuous and got cold water in between. Had shared this concern with the front desk but it was not resolved. The food is also good but surely expensive considering the location and property.
