Good location on Marris Road. Well designed and located. The lobby and restaurant are quite decent. Rooms are also state of the art, not very luxurious yet good enough for a business hotel. Staff is warm and courteous. Food is also good.

Abysmal service as per lemon tree standards. The food was average. Nothing spectacular. The front staff professionalism was absent. And they don't have a paid hotel provided car service for emergency. Highly disappointed. Best thing was the cost of food was not exaggerated but yes definitely on the higher side as per local standards. And don't forget knee level water logging at the entrance gate during rainy season. EDIT: COPY PASTE REPLY SHOWS HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THEY ARE DEALING WITH CUSTOMER'S ISSUES. THANKS

Location, location, location. It's one of the best hotels in Aligarh. The hotel has a courteous staff EXCEPT the Front Office! They were argumentative about their own on line booking voucher. I intended to stay there for 10 more days but was disgusted and didn't go back there. In short, it's nice, cozy, well located but a pricey hotel. Front office/ reception must mend their ways of dealing with their customers.
