Visited restaurant for dinner, waited 15 minute for table which was assured us. The same was assiged to another family. The casier/manager is rude. If you dont have an hour to wait, suggest not to visit this piace.

Service has detoriated. I am staying in executive room. I asked for wifi details at around 09.45 PM. I was told that he will call back. I waited for 40 minutes. Nobody called . Ultimately I called them they gave me PW but not user ID. Thereafter phone got continuously engaged and I couldn't contact. This is the situation.

We went for lunch, and also I've been here many times before. So hotel is situated at very crowded place in front of the bus stand. So location wise it's not good. They have a separate and large parking area, so need not to worry about parking your vehicle at all. They have a very large menu at the restaurant including Indian, Chinese, South Indian, Italian, and what not. They cook and serve very tasty food. We ordered Dal Makhni, Paneer butter masala, mix vegetable dry, tandoori roti, ice cream, tea and coffee. Out of which everything was perfect except mix vegetable dry which has almost zero taste. Nice and very cultured staff. Very cooperative too. Cons: Price is comparatively high from other restaurants. We were 10 people and bill came around 5500 INR that is around 550 INR per person. Overall it is a good restaurant and hotel. You must definitely visit.
