Was in town for the Patna LitFest and stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It was an extremely comfortable and warm experience at the Lemon Tree Premier. The room had a luxurious feel and yet was neat and minimalistic. The staff at the restaurant and reception were very warm and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. They were responsive and attentive to all our requests, whether it was special meals or making our checkout as smooth as possible. Highly recommended.

The hotel is clean, quite efficiently run and comfortable. Staff is helpful if not as well trained as that of the Taj or Oberoi. But as value for money goes, it's difficult to get a better place in Patna. The only issue I have is the traffic and access to the property. While it's smack in the middle of town, that is a negative point also, because of the complete madness on the roads outside. Also, my room had a connecting door to another, and the sounds of the TV were a bit disturbing.

I spent two nights here to attend my relative's ring ceremony. While the rooms met expectations, the event services were unsatisfactory. Despite reminders, the team neglected to clean the event area. Additionally, waiters seemed overly eager to clear utensils while guests were still enjoying snacks.
