Bed was clean and comfortable and the restaurant is very good...BUT!... Half of the rooms were smelling of mold, (we came with friends booking two rooms that changed also due to a temporary upgrade). There is no hot water during the night - you have to ask to the reception and wait half an hour if you want to have a shower. There is no hair dryer, and if you manage to get one, after asking multiple times, the bring you one with bare cables asking you to connect it to the holes of the socket (😵) "Clean" laundry was delivered in the same - dirty - laundry bag. All services and communication was hard and inefficient, even for our local friends. For us was the worst stay in India at double the price we usually pay. Not recommended.

We stayed this hotel. Property was too good also services was very good. Specially morning Breakfast buffet and food was very delicious. And Rooms were very neat and clean. Definitely we will come again in this property.

Rooms are old , carpet smells , wall paper are torned at selected place and washrooms need revamp. Hot water comes after 10 mins of opening tap . Location is great. Live kitchen in buffet breakfast is limited to egg n omelette. Service in general have been good. Prompt action on air freshner , hot water support n room service . Food is tasty though limited variety

Not the best option in the business district. When all other Hotels in the vicinity are fully booked, people are forced to come here. The Hotel has seen better days. Wall paper is peeling off at places. Bathroom fixtures too have lost shine. The TV was not operating as subscription had expired and had to be renewed in my presence. Towels have to be asked for. However, I must admit that the bed was pretty good and clean and I had a good night's sleep. Its Location is its biggest attraction and the restaurant is neat but with limited options and probably just 1 or 2 waiters.
