The place is very old, they need renovation of the whole property, other than staff all the things were not up to the Lords Inn quality, I stayed for 3 day 2 nights where the room was very old, i have booked room via online platform and they told me they dont have the suit which i have booked but they will upgrade to executive suit, the suit was rubbish and with broken temperature control and switches, more over the breakfast was not at all tasty, so i order omlette which was also half cooked. Also there is a parking issue, i had a car and it was difficult to part inside the property and also there was no space on the second day, so i had to park outside the properties. I would not recommend anyone to stay in Lord inn as there are better options available in the city at the same prices.

Have stayed one day. Staff Ms Diksha and Mr.Padma were cooperative. Food was nice, breakfast was good. Everything in time. Thanks to all concerned. R P Ambike, Pune Maharashtra.

Very good family stay. The rooms are clean and mosquito free. Breakfast buffet has very good variety and balanced. The best part is it isnext to Sayaji Rao Garden which is very very convenient for morning walks. For children it is a memorable place with its play area and a toy train. Hotel is suitable for senior citizens and is centrally located.

House Keeping: My first call went to House Keeping, not finding towels but towels were already there in shower. Kanchoni came with the towels with big smile. Month in our stay my father need extra blanket, again Kanchoni came with the blanket and was concern about my father health and asked if he did take medications. That was very sweet of her to ask. Thanks Kanchoni. Praksh Dabekarji’s 20 some years of service to Lords should in his professional way of work. Than I meet Anupa very tall, very sweet, kind and very professional. Anupa hope your mom is doing well. Prachi, Deep,Sunil and Sevika, they all very good the us and help to us on our need, very professional. Finally Rakh very young, who made sure my need for coffee was full filled with big smile. All of them work very hard, work with big smile and very professional. I am sure I am missing few names here, but all that I came contact and all working behind I didn't came in contact with, we thank all from our Bottom our heart for making our stay very Pleasant.
