Went to the restaurant and ordered veg and non-veg biryani, pathetic food and grievance redressal system. Issues with parking. Overall a very bad experience for the price I paid

Unprofessional staff. Was traveling cross country and Booked two rooms through booking dot con and got message from hotel to send UPI payment. I am a foreign citizen I told them I can't make UPI payment but can pay using debit card, credit card, direct deposit or cash. I got a message back that they will be sending me link to pay using debit. I didn't receive the link and inquired regarding same but got message just couple hours before reaching hotel that they cannot accommodate me due to being sold out! Just terrible customer service and poor communication. Unfortunately Sri Ganganagar doesn't have any high end hotels with professionally trained staff so these people are the best compromise you can find there. Will avoid visiting the city again in future. I recommend anyone to skip this place and drive to Bikaner or some other city with proper 3-5 star properties with professionally handled reservation system. Update : To the “owner” who replied saying that “We don’t deal with booking dot com”. Please remove your hotel from booking dot com system. Your website does not have any reservation system. Mention on your website how to book rooms online.

Nice neat and clean hotel. Staff is cooperative and service is good. Hotel is located in nice place nearby bus stand and railway station (2-3 km), food is awesome in this hotel, room is good, neat and clean, overall good experience

Food served was having typical same gravy for all vegetables restaurent preparetion. Tadka yello dal served in semi solid manner ( which is supposed to be served In a liquid format), some mix vej was full of mushrooms only. Above all the butter roti was having good elasticity. Malai koft was in malai colour with no taste. Nil value of money. Not a good experience.
