Pros: Only positive factor that it's near to the temple. Cons: Only reception seems luxurious, not the rooms. 1) Anything extra like Water, coffee / milk powder sachets are chargeable. 2) No intercom in the rooms inspite of the fact that they have written calling numbers. 3) Room Service is WORST. After keeping your luggages nobody responds to any concerns or requests. 4) There is no restaurant at the hotel. 5) No1 picks the phone @ the reception. Tried at different times of the day. 6) Cash payments are only accepted 7) Only Soap is available in bathroom. The management should really improve as the above mentioned points are common across most of the reviews written till date by different guests

1. A/c not working in most of rooms but they charge a/c price 2. No intercoms in room, one has to use their mobiles else go down to reception 3. No resturant in hotel 4. Allotted a handicap room with low everything in bathroom and on asking casually replying who Allotted u this room

An bit old hotel but maintained decently well. Very near to temple, walkable distance. Reception and lobby area is grand. Nostalgic lifts. Parking available inside the compound, but gets a bit cramped, can park maybe 15 cars, u have to give key in reception coz they can move it when necessary, not a huge deal. Rooms are fine and decent quality, space available for extra mattress. Ac was good. Hot water in the bathroom working good. No restaurant is a bummer even though they have a proper restaurant in the ground floor near the lift, it’s not functioning. A couple of good restaurants are available at walkable distance. Tea coffee however is available via room service. Room service is fine, no issue. Good kind helpful staff behaviour. Overall decently satisfied.
