Although a bit old, the rooms are luxurious. The plumbing of bathrooms are certainly an issue which the hotel needs to get done with. Perfect location for travellers intending to stay in Hinjewadi. Couple friendly. Overall almost a perfect stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fabulous hotel and I have to say, it exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were beautifully decorated and incredibly cozy. I felt like I was staying in a luxurious home away from home. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and I had the best night's sleep I've had in ages. The hotel also offered a wide range of amenities, including a fitness center and a spa, which added an extra touch of relaxation to my stay. But let's talk about the food! The hotel restaurant was an absolute delight. The menu offered a delicious variety of dishes, and the presentation was top-notch. I felt like a food critic with every bite I took! Extremely poor customer service mindset.... They have made their own rules to stick by. Example one room one bottle of water.... No matter if its officially a bookibg for 2 people.... At 3 in the morning made us wait for 45 mins and still give just one bottle of water to be shared by 2 people.... At 4 in the morning i couldn't even go out to buy from outside... It claims to be business hotel. Two colleagues staying there would need two room keys for sure.. Common sense.... But not in this hotel... Only one queen sized bed.... Not even separate beds.... What kind of business hotel is this They should designate themselves as a honeymoon or OYO type hourly hotel instead of business hotel.
