You can see Cockroaches🪳 in every single corner of the building and bathroom floor was leaking and water was coming to the bedroom,rooms wear not like as shown in the pictures..overall average experience.

This is a great place for your stay in every sense. The first is the close accessibility to Tito's Lane which is only a minute away. The rooms are clean and spacious with an excellent view of the pool. The washrooms were clean and hygienic. The staff is very courteous and helpful and we didn't face any trouble throughout our 4 day stay. It was an amazing experience and I'd be recommending this place to everybody who's wanting to stay in North Goa.

Hotel is good, with great location... Rooms are nice and comfortable. A.c. was good. Reception staff were good and responsive. Swimming pool was neat and clean. Hotel staff is terrible... Never seen such rude staff with hotel industry. No manners, No response, Not to expect anything from them. Breakfast was good, though not great, but good options. Just to ignore rude staff, and u will like this property for comfortable stay.

Such an awesome place to stay in Goa with accessible distance to all main destinations like Baga. They gave us an awesome discount as well. Super swimming pool and other amenities. The room is simply superb. The staff members are very courteous and kind. They also serve very delicious food. We will definitely come back. I strongly recommend this place for all. Thank you Miranda team.
