FOREIGN GUESTS *DO NOT STAY HERE* Perhaps the most unhelpful, rude and downright disgraceful establishment that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Booked a room through a well known booking company and arrived at the property to be told that they did not accept foreign guests. This was despite the fact it says nothing of this on any of the booking websites. Consequently they then said that they could not accept me as a guest as they were sold out, even though there were websites available both through OYO and other booking websites. This establishment lies and completely disrespects their customers and takes people for idiots.

Very bad experience. If you want a hotel room in Lucknow you have to follow local rule and regulations that is reach earlier to hotel room otherwise they give your booked room to other ones.and the hotel staff is not supporting never book this hotel online by Oyo.
