One of the best hotel in Lucknow. The rooms are so much better in real than the images🤌🏼❤️,the images won't do justice. Cleanliness , service, everything is top notch. As it is situated just behind the railway station,the location is super good in terms of connectivity,you have a metro station too nearby .

Overall a very good experience. Well maintained rooms with bathrooms as well. Spacious room with window. Nice food at affordable price. I had been staying in a hotel next to Ecotel(Sayona) for last 10 years but this time staying in Ecotel made me feel good and wondering why I did not tried this hotel previously. Overall a perfect one for individual & family travelers.

I didn't get a chance to be at this property because of my train cancellation. I booked the Club Room through Go IBibo. My 3 days booking amount costed around Rs 6248. I got to know that my Train Tejas Express from Delhi is cancelled for 1st Feb, 2024 on the preceeding night at around 11:30 pm. I was totally aware that if cancelled after free cancellation period then the hotel will deduct some amount. But they deducted the whole amount and is stating as their hotel policies. I would urge people not to book this place on priority and most importantly through GO IBIBO. Because their policies are very meanful and cruel for middle class people. Total Fraudstar.

Good location, but services are not up to mark fake promises over the app, but no use of it. Be cautious before booking they are not providing the 24-hour checkin and checkout. I have read the reviews by you if, in that case, you have to change the tag line from 24 hrs check-in and checkout to earliest availability so that it can't create the confusion of fellow customers.
