Day 1 - I checked in with my brother and his family we also bought two different rooms We entered this great property and now we feel why I have booked here only reason because my bookings are for 10 solid days with family before making the full payment for the stay we booked they asked us for an additional payment of 500/each day for the room heater which is way too small for this huge room ! Secondly 500*10 = 5000/- which is half the price I paid for all 10 days of booking here ! Very much disappointed after all this experience! Disclaimers- please have a proper check on the booking prices and also the blower prices before you make any payments ! Point -2 - properly is beautiful and every thing is good , even tho we did not demand for a bon fire we only demanded for a better price on the blower part alone, this surely sounds small but this also falls under the basic comforts like how you have a water heater inside your washrooms Thanks

I recently stayed at Resort Naina Stay in Vashisht Road, Manali, and it was a truly remarkable experience. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, making it a perfect retreat for nature lovers. The rooms were clean and lived up to the expectations set by the online photos. Although there was a shortage of staff due to ongoing construction on the property, the existing team went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Their polite and friendly attitude made the stay even more enjoyable. Naina Resort is a haven away from the hustle and bustle of the city, offering tranquility and natural beauty. I would highly recommend this place for a serene getaway.

The location is absolutely breathtaking, but the services are really pathetic. I stayed in the property for 3 days, my room was never cleaned, the in-room dinning service is very slow, the basic amenities were missing, and the lady who was there at the reception was of literally no help, I went there with 2 of my friends and they didn't even care to provide an extra blanket or mattress, even after asking for the same, and on top of that, they didn't even provided the room type which we booked online and interested given a different room type. Whoever is travelling to that location, I would recommend to not go for this property.

Pathetic hotel staff! This is to bring to your kind attention that the guy Vishal who sits at the reception has no etiquettes. Its high time you change your hotel staff or you train them otherwise all these reviews are gonna spoil your image as a hotel on google, agoda etc. I have been asking for a kettle since the morning and i received it at 11:25pm at the night that too after asking for 4-5 times. ( A kettle and a coffee maker was mentioned in the amenities of this hotel) . The guy didn't even provide me with a jug of hot water since the past 3 hours of ordering it. And now he is disconnecting the WhatsApp number provided of room service. This was my first and last time at this hotel. Period.
