It's not 5 star, but friendly and helpful staff to accommodate any of your demands, convenient location, small kitchen, reasonable price list will make up for it. Great eatery places are around if you have good taste pallets.

Hotel New Haven is a wonderful and well priced 3-star hotel located in Greater Kailash, a leafy and safe district in South Delhi. The location is superb with GK2 market just a 10min walk, offering everything from cool bars, restaurants and shops to your everyday needs such as supermarkets and banks. Greater Kailash metro is also about a 10min walk down the street giving you easy access to all the Delhi sights. The hotel rooms are very comfortable - my preference being the street facing rooms for their natural light and the street view. Double glazing means the rooms are also whisper quiet. The hotel offers breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as room service throughout the day until late in the evening. Wifi is also good. I’m a solo traveler & I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel New Haven thanks largely to Madam Pooja and her staff. I stayed for over 2 weeks and the entire team from security to reception to housekeeping made me feel part of their family. I enjoyed my stay so much I’m a little sad to leave….but I’ll definitely be back!

A friend of mine was booked at this disgusting, shady hotel as they did not clearly list out the facilities provided/not provided which was extremely misleading. My guest from the Netherlands was appalled at their horrible service and rude behaviour. They stopped me from even entering the room as they have strict visitor policies apparently. They did not even allow me to walk them till their room which is extremely humiliating. The way they talk to their women guests is ridiculous. It's not a hotel but a prison. They don't have hot water running all the time. Only 6 to 10 am they have hot water running as my guest was told. The room given was a shoddy one, with no toiletries. Staff does not have any manners or even the basic decency to be polite to their staff or look into their issues and make amends. If you book a stay here, you're trapped because you've paid the money and after reaching the hotel is when you realise how bad it is. SO PLEASE BE WARY AND CAREFUL whilst booking such awful hotels. My guest immediately checked out and booked a different hotel late in the night because of no hot water. It's been a very embarrassing situation for me as i had no idea this hotel was THIS bad and i booked his stay here. Fraudulent behaviour at its best is all i can say. They haven't refunded the money yet.
