Went into this place with higher expectations seeing the pictures and reviews, however was slightly turned down by the overall quality. The premium rooms were pretty average and had stained bed spreads, furniture was dated. However location wise it's a prime spot being on the main road and walkable to a decent restaurant and mostly importantly the access to places like Kormangala, outer/inner ring road, jp nagar etc. Feel it's time the hotel paid more attention to details of quality. Staffs are very friendly and helpfull. Overall I rate it a 2.5 on 5

It's a really good deal. Great facilities for the price paid. The rooms are quite small but can't expect bigger rooms for this. Netflix availablity in the TV is commendable. The main road front coverage was another plus. The rooms and premises were kept neat and tidy too. They didn't have plates to provide for when we ordered in,which was a little trouble. Overall, highly recommended!

Booked premium double room for my family, but they charged 500 more as the extra bed charge for 11 year old kid. But they couldn’t fit extra bed in the room since room was small for a double room. The tea cup was old and broken the handle while we used it. I have informed the same during checkout but they charged 250 for the cup which was looting. OTT programs were not available in tv. They charged 100/hour for early check-in but couldn’t provide towels, had to wait to get the towels.

If there was option to give zero rating I would have given that for my experience. In the beginning when I reached the destination one reception guy was keep on asking whether I came to right address before I even check in due to that I had to show him my booking details to confirmed and enter into hotel. Secondly when i entered hotel for check in around like 7-8 pm another guy in reception was very rude like the way he was speaking was not at all acceptable. I felt miserable that time but I pull myself together and stayed as it was non refundable. About cleanliness washroom was dirty and free wifi was given which was useless like very poor network and when I complained about WiFi issue receptionist was keep telling it is working and did not even bother to check. I would have compromised all other things and give the average rating but I cannot do that due to the receptionist attitude towards customer. No body deserve the way he treated us.
