Hello , I have stayed here for 14 days as a part of my relocation. Over-all it's decent stay if your get it from your company as relocation allowance. But if you want stay on your experience better checkout for others . Let me rate out key things with experience n explanation. 1. Service - 2.5/5 -> they don't regularly change sheets they iron the stuff and tuck in again , even towels too . Wifi was very weak not good for working conditions and not secure enough. Kitchen guys are good. 2. Maintenance - 2/5 -> major drawback is the key card access for door , it doesn't work properly, many of other guests experienced this issue . Food / kitchen service is average decent enough. 3. Security -4/5 -> its secure enough to trust . 👍🏻. Very accessible via bus easily. 4. Food - 3/5 -> they provide complimentary breakfast which was okay . No major change in menu , I had brkfast for 14 days here .they have restuarant and kitchen with menu better skip it not at all worthy.

Very bad experience. First they have a pathetic staff, Nandani there is full of attitude and will make sure to downgrade your room and sell the other room at higher prices. I booked a premium suite with city view, they allotted me a deluxe room at first to which I opposed so they told me that the category which I booked will be available after 12:30. I told them I need it at 12 or else I will raise a deny request to MMT. That room was already ready and she told the worker in KANNADA to give the room post 12:30 PM only. Second, while booking you will be shown that room has city view which is actually not there, hotel is surrounded by buildings and it’s not even possible to open the window. No hot water, no proper toiletries. Avoid it at all cost. All positive reviews are paid one.

I stayed in this place as a part of work relocation. The reception has two people - a lady during day who has nice behaviour and a man during evening shift who had the worst customer behaviour I have ever encountered in my whole life of hotel stays ( I am not exaggerating. He is really rude). The catering guy is also very rude. The room cleaning staff which comprises of Odia and Bengali people are nice. Overall I can say it's a decent hotel but customer behaviour is bad. There are other good options.
