This place provides a peaceful stay facility . The mountain view room is pretty isolated from other rooms and that gives you a unique private experience. Staffs are very kind and helpful. The biggest drawback is their food options. Dinner menu was kind of OK except that the food is below average. I can’t believe that they serve only chicken nuggets and french fries as evening snacks while being a heritage kerala property.

Lovely resort in the middle of nature. You will love the sounds of birds and smells of spices, flowers and trees. It offers complete disconnect from outside world. Food is really good. Although it might feel a bit expensive if you order non-veg. Limited menu but very tasty food easy on stomach. Rooms are clean, comfortable and cozy. The bath gardens are blissful. Book your spa appointment in advance. Slots get full.

The property wasn't as good and well maintained as I expected. The location is good but the room ambience is zero. The A/C also wasn't working, the TV was also like a low grade hotel. The room size was also very small according to a 5 star hotel. The service was pretty slow because the resort is understaffed. Most of the time, nobody picked up the phone at the reception. At breakfast, the service was so slow and the waiters did not serve us at all, they were partial and only serving the locals even after continuously asking them cause we were getting very late. The menu was so limited and they hadn't put a buffet . We came from munnar where we were staying at The Panaromic Gateway and the service and the staff was really good and humble there but here it was completely the opposite.

SAVE YOUR SELF FROM THE MISLEADING PHOTOS OF THIS HOTEL... Location : away from locality.. worst location Food : less option and very costly...no buffet on breakfast too... Rooms : Worst rooms compared to price... Dirty unhygienic rooms... Balcony view is disgusting too.... very small property... SERVICE : NO ONE PICKS UP CALL AT RECEPTION... WORST EXPERIENCE... WORST STAY AT KERALA... WORST LOCATION WORST FOOD I WOULD GIVE MINUS RATING FOR THIS HOTEL...

Wonderful Place to unwind. Completely with Nature.Recommended! Visited the resort last week for 5 days and it was really good. Silent and immersed in nature. Wonderful staffs and rooms. The resort is ideal for people who wants to Just chill, because if you are looking for activity it isnt there and the terrain is pretty difficult . They have a wonderful Pool and Spa. The restaurant has good food but menu is limited(which wasnt an issue for me) The chef Sundar made sure that the guest was enjoying his preperations. Rajan at the restaurant , Indhu at the reception , Sunil & Punyadas from house keeping to name a few who made sure the stay was really pleasant for us. Would recommend this place to everyone who is looking to unwind . If you are a family with kids, I wouldnt recommend taking the Mountain view wooden cottage, as its not ideal for family lots of noise from the floors is there as its in wood and the floor is at raised level from the ground. Graden view Cottage is very good and spacious you can go for it!
