Beautiful rooms with friendly staff but lacking in some areas especially communication with guests. TV was not working, and instead of informing upon check-in, the control was just hidden from the room. When the manager was asked about this, they offered a discount on room service, but Niranta Transit hotel does not have any room service or kitchen. They claim that the TVs stopped working only that morning, but previous reviews have mentioned issues with the TVs. While the rooms are beautiful, they are located below another floor which has a lot of movement with chairs being dragged/ trolleys moving about. This will only be an issue for the light sleepers. They have removed their buffet breakfast, and only offer a packed breakfast. They require you to order it, but again, this was not informed upon check-in and is not stated anywhere in the room. While the rooms are of great quality, there are some communication issues which need to be addressed. I was served by Santosh.

Got a good dinner and nice few hours sleep before my overnight flight! Looks nice and I love the aquarium too. The only downside is this is the first hotel I have stayed in with no windows which felt a bit claustrophobic but otherwise it was fine and comfortable. Also signage boards for this is after exit. I wish there was some signage inside as well.

Located in the airport terminal - great for transit passengers - friendly and helpful staff, rooms are nice and modern, but on the smaller side and no windows anywhere - it’s like living in a bunker (depressing). Food options are adequate. If you have allergies, you might experience breathing issues - could be mold or something else (2 family members had to use inhalers during each of our 3 separate stays) There was no TV content when we stayed - so no entertainment - appears to be a long running issue - was not resolved when we returned 2 weeks later for another stay. If we didn’t have lots of luggage, we would have stayed at nearby airport hotels - Taj, JW Marriott, etc
