Cleaned and comfortable rooms are available. Location is also good however there is no nearby shops . Play area showing in the advertisement only can't use . Advance booking is mandatory during the peak period as the hotel is always full. Restaurant is okay food Quality is good.

Nivanta By Royara is very good place for stay. Very nice view from room. It's near by all panchgani points. Food is good. All staff members are very helping and cooperative. Kitchen staff is very nice. Special Thanks to them for baby food. Kitchen is clean as well. Everything is very good. Just one point, can be more nice if little bit maintenance of lights and play area and room clothing. Otherwise very good. Thank You very much for for cooperation.

It was great stay as rooms are very good. Restaurant rates are high but compare to rates food quality is okay... You'll get more better options of you are fine with 1-2km travel for lunch/dinner.

We chose this hotel for our couple's vacation and were assigned a mountain view room. The balcony view was breathtaking, but the room had its issues. It was tucked away in a corner, first the intercom was not working.😐 TV remote was not working the there was issue with the set top box. 😑 The room in the corner making it challenging to get a stable Wi-Fi connection, and mobile network reception was quite poor. 😥 What concerned us more was the balcony's division by a flimsy plywood, which was not fixed securely, potentially allowing someone from the adjacent room to peek in at night.☹️ We raised these concerns for two days and even requested a room change, but all we got was an alternative Wi-Fi connection that only worked if you sat on the bed.😓 On the positive side, the food was delicious, and breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel's proximity to various viewpoints is a definite advantage. However, if you're assigned room number 1️⃣0️⃣4️⃣, I strongly recommend changing it from the beginning or considering a nearby alternative.❌ My sincere advice is to avoid room number 104 if possible.🚫❌

The rooms were not clean enough. There were a couple of small cockroaches. The room freshener was unbearable. The bathroom was a bit slippery. Rest all ok. Big rooms big balcony. Good valley view. Breakfast was delicious. Dinner was a complete disaster. We asked for chana chaat at first to which they replied they don't have it. OK..peanut chat..nop...while these were listed in their menu. Then we ordered crispy veg and a paneer dish for starters..both were pathetic in taste. For the main course, they said they do not serve tandoori items..not even tandoori roti. Overall it was a pleasant stay except for the few things mentioned above. The food is over priced. Refrigerator was a plus.
