I can't believe that a hotel can be this bad! I had my guests from another state stay at Octave Hotel for 2 days in 2 rooms and everything was terrible at this hotel. The hotel itself is worne out. The showers are broken, the tap of the wash basin is set to give boiling hot water which burnt my guests hands. The bed sheets were smelly. There were no basic toiletries provided. The handle of the door was not opening due to a mechanical issue and my guest's things got locked in the room while leaving. My guests had to be moved to another hotel the next day as they could not continue staying there and obviously we were not going to get the money back from Octave Hotel. Such a horrible experience , can't believe that this hotel is allowed to be run! Nobody book this hotel because it is a waste of money and you will get a very good hotel at the same price!

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights with family and friends. We booked 3 rooms including the so called executive suits. I haven’t seen a worst hotel accomodation than this ever in my life !!! Basic stuff that people need like air con, fan, hot water, don’t work in all rooms. No intercom and toilets are the worst I have ever seen in Bangalore. After looking at 4 to 5 rooms in level 4 and the condition of these rooms please start away from this place its utter trash and better to spend your money i some low low budget lodge than here. Have some photo evidence about this place as well. Feel free to ping me 😠😠

3 stars should be taken back Hi Octave, Please do justice to money taken. 1. Staff do not respond on time and not helpful 2. Washrooms/restrooms not at all clean and where can we find house keepers (Highly not recommend for ladies to this place) 3. No maintenance/ zero maintenance of lift/elevator. 4. Party Hall on 5th floor do not have restroom on same floor

The property location is good. The hotel doesn't have kitchen so you can't get any food. I booked for suite room, while entering the room I found many cockroach roaming in bathroom and furniture, this was pathetic. I moved from suite to executive room, there electric kettle wasn't working. Then again we moved to different suite room, over 2 night stay 3 times room changed. Hotel manager claims please rate us 5 star as we have taken good care. I would say firstly get your hotel renovated instead of going with wrong way of getting starts via discount process. In addition you will find water in lobby.
