Here is what you u need to understand about Onella Regency before you book here 1. Rooms- We took a couple room and also looked at the poolside cottages. The rooms are too small, though clean but congested with no balcony at all. You might feel irritated and trapped if any kitchen smell comes to your room. 2. Facilities- Nothing fancy about it but can’t complain much about the facilities as well. 3. Location- Location is good, just outside the bus stand and next to petrol pump and Panchgani market, the other great places are also nearby to roam around 4. Food and Buffet- The buffet wasn’t good and there is no real variety. Food taste is just okay and can’t be happily eating here at any time. We paid 15k for 2 nights during the new years and it wasn’t worth it at all

Awesome place. We travelled with family including senior citizens & had booked the poolside cottages. Excellent place. Very good & courteous staff. We had ordered room service & they made 3-4 trips to bring us all the food. Very well behaved staff.

Great experience staying here...clean and spacious rooms with amazingly helpful and friendly staff The cafe below (Meher cafe) too has great quality food with timely service. Good variety of dishes available as well. Loved the stay here!! Thanks Onella❤️

Its a decent hotel with good rooms and good service. Hot water was available all the time. Room service was quick and helpful staff. The TV system inside the rooms is pretty old and it doesn't support USB. Make sure you make some arrangements of your own if you are planning to have a movie party or something with your friends during your stay. The neighborhood of the hotel is not that great, very limited food and sightseeing options nearby. You'll have to travel to Mahabaleshwar to see good views and popular points.
