I booked for this hotel through OYO but since this is fully booked. They changed into another place. We are tourist and no idea if new places. So he personally made sure that we got the place as needed. Management was supportive and really helped us to get the arrangements done. Good work by from desk. He offered us tea and treated very well though he knows that we don't stay there.

I booked this hotel through OYO.... while check-in process, Manager came (Mr, Mahaveer - Not Sure) and he ordered me to sign on my Photocopy of my identity card! I simply refused to sign because the way he ordered me . He literally said to by pointing finger on my face - Get out from my Hotel “ and we will not give you Room “ He is the King of the Hotel I think ... I highly recommend everyone to NOT to book this hotel at any condition... number of hotels nearby- And I complain this to Oyo, but NOt satisfied with the resolution so I have decided..... NOT to book a single room through OyO ... and I uninstalled their application from my phone ...

Hotel staff abused me and misbehaved when asked for different room with wifi connection. They wanted to hit me. Never book or stay in this property as the hotel owner has mental issues. Moreover, this is not a safe place for girls or couples. Don't go by the oyo Rooms rating as its fake. Oyo Rooms didn't took any action against the property because of their business contract.

There is an on-site restaurant, which serves Grill/bbq, Chinese and Indian cuisine. Guests can make use of the business centre and meeting and banquet facilities. The nearest airport is Aurangabad Airport, 8 km from the accommodation. This property is also rated for the best value in Aurangabad! Guests are getting more for their money when compared to other properties in this city.The staff, their attitude, approach of the Management, behavior towards supporting staff such as driver and attends were all much better than expected. I strongly recommend the place to visitors Clean n neat rooms, excellent food, very friendly staff”

Over priced small rooms no gyser. Complimentary breakfast is written in website.please do not go with that.they do not provide breakfast.staff is only native speaking people so you can't understand them.hotel owner is too rude. Please do not choose this hotel. No facilities staff rude.too expensive hotel. not at all recommended. The customer care is also bad of oyo.always keep your calls on hold .they can't solve your issues.customer care people can't speak English correctly. Very disappointed
