Honesty Worst hotel experience ever.. literally felt that i have wasted my money. All the pictures was misleading and you will regret when you will visit this place worst washrooms ever even when we told the staff that washrooms are not functional they literally ignored us i guess they are paying money to online portals so that it can be shown on top but please don't book this hotel. I will prefer living in dharamshala rather than staying in this property worst staff.

we booked this hotel in May 2023 through online but it was a big disppointment. The pictures were misleading, the rooms smelled awful, did not provide toiletries, payment mode is cash-only and waiting for 30 minutes for hot water in the outdated bathroom was frustrating. Avoid this place at all costs. we changed our booking from 3 days to 1 day and able to find better resort and shifted.

I had very bad experience. I go there with my family. When we reached at hotel manager cancelled our booking and gave room to some else who paid more money. Manager and staff is very rude and inhuman. Moreover, there is awful smell in hotel of drainage. Only sight view is good. But overall, I would like to give nagative rating.

We could have died and they did not cared!! We had stayed for 3 nights in this hotel in room which had attic attached. So first let me start with the good of stay( which is not much) ~ Veiw, rooms do had spectacular views. Rooms were river facing and had views of beautiful mountains. ~ Ground staff was helpful and well mannered (mind you ground staff and not the upper management) That’s it, for good this the only thing I had to say now let’s talks about lacking of stay ~ No hot running water, there geyser was not working properly, it would take 1/2 hr to provide warm water for just 5min. It was such a hassle we had to take shower with cold water in that cold weather. We made numerous complaints but no attention was given to it. ~ No ventilation in washrooms which lead to stinking of it for 24/7, which eventually made our room stink. ~ No toiletries and heater(they charged 300rs per night extra) was provided and had to ask for hot drinking water. ~ Rude management. Person seating at the front desk was so rude. ~ Only cash payments were accepted. They were not accepting payments by any other mode of payment like cards or upi, so again this was such an hassle. So now let me tell you about the accident I mentioned in heading. It was our last night of the trip, it was all girls trip(3 girls). We had returned to hotel at 10 pm and after washing up and our nightly routine we went to sleep at around 12pm. Since we were three girls and and in main room they only had one double sized bed we were sleeping in attic since it had 2 beds, one double sized and one single bed which was perfect for us. We also took heater to attic with us because temperature would drop down to minus and we could not sleep properly. It was a small heater means it would not warm up whole room so that we could switch it off. We have to keep it on if want to feel warm. So as told earlier we went to sleep around 12PM and at 1:15 AM my friends woke me up and what did I see heater is burning. We were so shocked and did not know what to do but luckily we have water with us that night and with that I tried to calm it down but whenever I poured water the flames would increase but somehow we managed to calm it down. But the smokes was already too much because of plastic burning, we could not breath and our eyes were burning so much that we could not open them. Somehow we managed to open windows let the smoke out. The sockets in which heater was plugged in was at the entrance where stairs would start so there was no way we could have reached the below floor without taking out the fire. We were totally lucky that night that my friend woke up at right moment and we had big water bottle, before that we did not take water bottle with us. With the gods grace and our efforts we were saved. Now comes the hotel management blaming us for keeping heater on while sleeping. So according to them the heater they provided by charging extra was not supposed to used in night while sleeping for which they did not even inform us beforehand. According to them you do not use heater while sleeping and it is common sense. I don’t know about you people but we are paying extra for heater while on vacation obviously we gonna use it in night because in the day were out. Other than blaming it all on us they did not have human decency to even ask once if we were fine and needed any thing only thing they kept saying that we had to pay damages. Like not even once they took accountability for for there fault heater or any responsibility regarding there’s guest safety. In an country where there are hoteliers who risk there lifes for safety of their guest( I know it is an stretch and I am expecting them to do that) but atleat they could have some decency had handled this situation much better. We never denied for damages we were understanding of their situation even when it was not our fault, so at least they could have decency to make sure were alright and not hurt or needed any help. You have all the information, please make an informed decision regarding your stay.

Okay...Guys I'm honestly telling u all...never book here...these people are big frauds and scammers... Even though I booked the hotel before 2 month with full online payment...When I reached the hotel these people are refusing to accommodate us...and the so called Manager (***hole) he doesn't know how to speak... These people have given our room to some other people at high price... We've been waiting for past 3 hrs at -3°C still no proper response... Very pooor... I mean the worst ever hotel I've been to...
