The rooms here are awful and I don't think they're fairly priced. There were cockroaches and the first room they gave us smelled of cigarettes. They did give us another room later. Cistern attached to the water closet wasn't functioning and they did not repair it on request. There was no drinking water in the room and they did not serve it until I complained at the reception. Intercom wasn't working as it was being repaired. I booked a room for my relatives and they were very disappointed. I'm never giving them business again. Hotel is located on the main road and is walkable distance from BJP Office, Kukatpally. Even their biggest room is of average proportions. They have a TV, hot water, air conditioned rooms, Wi-Fi and a small elevator. They do serve complimentary breakfast if you book through OYO and pay for it. Update: For the people who are considering this hotel, please read the response from Team OYO carefully. Everything they have written is boilerplate text and contrary to my experience with the hotel. This is pretty standard these days with all service providers. They get some PR person to draft a response that is supposed to pacify an unsatisfied customer and paste it verbatim across all forums where there's a negative review. Note: My review is against this specific hotel. NOT OYO. In fact, their app was quite helpful.

This is one of the very peaceful hotel Managed by OYO. Here receptionist is very respectful person. Who is providing each and every thing what's the customer need. That is the key point and success of this hotel. Here I got alot of cleaning like #Swach_Bharat. I am very thankful to these guys for their hardworking and dedication.

Service is nill.. Worst room.. Comod is complete dirt and bacterial affected. Bathroom never cleaned, it seems for many years.. Crocroches were friends.... They agreed to give me a complementary breakfast, gave me very local food that are wrapped in plain news paper and asked to eat..

Hotel is located beside the Kukatpally busstop, easy to locate in map as well as for a naked eye....also nearby to the metro station. The hotel reception is in first floor a decent one with staff.... The lift is so irk n fit for only one person... The room are so small so that the double for bed conquer the entire space in it....over all not a good experience with the services as there is no restuarant in attachment with hotel.... The food ordered will be reordered from nearby restaurants, then supplied for us
