I booked this hotel from oyo prior to reach the hotel on 18th of dec. I was there with my father. The hotel management charged double from me saying whatever the amount I paid through online mode has gone to oyo. Second, the manager was nit taking responsibility and nit showing up. Thirdly, bathroom was not clean. The bucket was broken. The room was not clean. The room smelled like smoke when we entered. Water availability in the bathroom was nit there before we were checkingout from the hotel in the morning. Even the staff was very casually talking as if are not their guest we were like there employees. Earlier in 2018 I had used oyo rooms. Than oyo used to provide free hand washes towel and sanitary items. There was nothing in that room. The intercom phone was broken. The curtains were dirty. And after I logded the complaint regarding thus to oyo no one has responded till date. I have never had such an experience in my life. I would suggest never trust on oyo. And if you are booking rooms, first always check the rooms before booking. Whatever they show in pictures is not always true.

I don't recommend It at all. They say at the website that transfer to the airport is included but you have to pay. Room and toilet is not clean. They are scammers.
