I booked the hotel from Oyo of Rs 547 on 19 Oct 19, when I reached at hotel, they ask for Rs 800, I was going for some urgent work that's why I don't want to waste time to roam to search for another hotel, so I agreed but further the manager asked for Rs 200 as security deposit, I asked why, then he replied that if u r not give us 5 star rating then we will not refund ur amount as we have got penalties for that , if u give 5 star rating then ur 200 rupees will refunded, I shocked how a hotel can force a customer for 5 star rating. then I take my bag and gone to another hotel. Very bad experience with the hotel and oyo both. So pls be careful on booking to this hotel, it's not reliable .

We had booked the hotel at rs. 650 but when we reached there the staff refused to give us room at that price. They demanded rs. 1000. We contacted oyo but the staff refused to talk to oyo customer care. However, oyo customer care assured us that they will refund the extra amount that the hotel was asking. The room was dirty and food was pathetic. When we asked for the bill they forced us to give them 5 stars. They said if we would not give them 5 stars they will not be giving us the bill. So we had to give 5 stars to the hotel in that context. Although, we got the refund from oyo but our experience at the hotel was very disappointing. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. They want customers from oyo but refuse to follow any guidelines. A pathetic place and uncouth staff.

Never book, i booked from oyo but when we reached they ask for more money as per him " Hume toh jada chiya" and ready to talk with oyo... Moreover when I had word with oyo, firstly they says you get discount on booking due to system error, moreover try to convenience me for other hotel when I agree the price they given is very high.... When I said oyo will have to bear the difference amount , not agree and discontected.... In a while I received msg the booking has been cancel... Even I didn't open the app.... So never trust oyo also,. I advice before went just call once to hotel for prices even your booking is confirmed..

Hi, I booking with OYO Date 04/03/2020 to 05/03/2020. Oyo check in time 12 pm to 01 pm standard guid line but I am reached Gwalior 3:30 Am date 5/3/2020 And I am inform to OYO staff regarding check in and oyo is my call on hold around 5 min, after that confirmed me your room is ready and same convey to hotel manager regarding your check In my check in time 4 Am I am already inform to oyo staff and confirm that reconfirm other staff but but I am reached in hotel 4:10 am Room is nOt ready and hotel staff mr pankaj totally denial my booking and mr santosh also denial Room Kwality- In room on top 2 beer bottle found towels not given TV not Running Intercom Not available and bed sheet and pillow cover high dirty with Blood marks, tea on floor hotel staff very rude behaviour . I am reached in no chair available because I am around one half totally sitting on floor because room is not ready Suggestion:- Please do not this book this hotel totally unofficial behaviour very bad management very bad services I am already same msg convey to Oyo but he told me I am not display your review then finally I choose this plate form
