Rooms are good , location is bang on main road but service is pathetic...there is no breakfast or room service food.comes from far away which takes hours to come......u need to pay for water too

Short review - do not book this hotel. Long review - The rooms are small and dirty. Feels like the bedsheets are 1000 years old and haven't been washed in ages. Nothing to prevent mosquitoes. They will only provide you 1 bottle of mineral water, any more you will have to pay for it. The washrooms are very dirty, most of the areas leaking, liquid soap smells like anything. The service is the most pathetic here, you may ask for any small thing and they will act so surprised as if you have asked gold or diamonds. TVs don't work here and they don't even have the courtesy to recharge. The breakfast is the worst, better skip it and eat outside. Location is just okay as you can get all public transport right in front of the hotel. Only reason I booked this hotel was it was a Treebo hotel, but after this experience I am never ever gonna book any Treebo hotel for sure.

The locality is normal. The rooms are not well ventilated. The bathroom has a small opening. The breakfast is good but no option and complimentary on the package you select. There is a good chat to eat and 2 hotels nearby. Staff is coordinating and helps if needed but would prefer to stay in groups or more than 2 if females.

Cons: I was promised a mini freezer, breakfast, and other facilities when I booked a room through their official website but didn't receive any of these. The rooms smelled, the covers hadn't been changed in ages, and locks and showers were broken. I physically couldn't have stayed if I hadn't already paid in advance. Pros: the area was good, the staff was polite.
