Staffs were really good and the owner was very supportive. While the overall experience was good,however they can improve on basics of room, like having towels placed in the room, or having handwash soap or liquid already provided.

I was amazed by the service provided and with the cleanliness. Rooms were so spacious with lovely balcony view.This place is amazing. It has the best location,beautiful place and most relaxing environment! Can't wait to go back!😊, highly recommended 👍

I recently stayed at Forest View Cottages and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite the chilly 8-degree weather, the hotel failed to provide consistent hot water, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. Adding to the disappointment was the lack of available staff during the early morning hours, leaving guests to fend for themselves.
