Booking ID IMF6571. I had booked this hotel through OYO. The actual rooms are nothing like these pictures. Hotel building is old and not well ventilated. Nearby buildings are too close for comfort. Rooms are extremely small and basic cleanliness is missing as they rent to unmarried couples for a few hours. I had booked this as it was close to my exam venue. Oyo charged me around 1400 but the owner said they rent it out at 800 only. This hotel caters mainly to unmarried couples, so visitors with family beware this isn't your comfort zone. Better avoid this hotel and stay away from OYO. On contacting OYO at a later date to raise a complain, all they said that I needed to file it on the same day. I get it but no actions were taken with respect to fake totally pictures of the rooms.

1)No wifi 2)No lift 3) Amenities like plates, slippers, electric kettle,nightbulb are not there 4)Problems specific to room 305 -Used glass from previous guest, who had also littered the room with half eaten apple, were on display when I checked in. -The mirror was smudged. -Bathroom door knob doesn't lock properly -3rd floor so a lot of stairs to climb, no lift -TV not recharged -Exceedingly small room and bathroom - No fan regulator - In washroom, Exhaust fan doesn't work - At night after 1.30 AM,there was no water in the washroom. - Room and bathroom has medieval interiors - Even almirah doesn't close properly

Very bad experience. The room and washroom wasn't clean. You could see leftovers here and there. The location of hotel is kinda absurd to. For getting a cab, you had to walk to Surya Sen street. Apart from this, the WiFi router wasn't available on each floor. I was given a room on 3rd floor and was asked to connect to the 1st floor router. The water given wasn't great either. You could smell bleach in it. And the plate wasn't washed properly. Apart from this, you could hear loud noises from the street too.

Unprofessional...... Room was not cleaned when I entered the room and wasted my 1 hour in cleaning, etc after check-in. Didn't provide the soap, shampoo, etc. On asking the same answer was it's not available. Bathroom was not clean, AC was not working properly. When I asked for hot drinking water , they provided the hot, bleaching enrich water :) . Overall it was not a good experience.
