Treebo Premium Dee Empresa, Park Street

It was a good stay at this hotel. We did not book beforehand as we stayed at a different hotel on arrival,we shifted to this hotel the next morning. Luckily,2 rooms were available and the man at the reception was a nice and friendly person. (The following days, another person was at the reception and he too was friendly)We were asked to wait for 15minutes as they were cleaning the rooms.Once we shifted to this hotel, we were told that breakfast was inclusive and we were very happy with the breakfast served. There were a variety of choices we could choose from (buffet)and the food wasn't spicy which was good as we had kids with us. The service was good, staff were good too. I had given 3 stars for service as we did not immediately get what we asked for from the people who came to clean our rooms. We were asked to inform the reception first, which we did, from the reception,they acknowledged immediately but the staff took a lot of time to bring the required things. Otherwise we did get what we asked for, it only took time. The rooms were clean and the bathroom too was clean. They came to clean our rooms and bathrooms everyday, and they emptied the waste basket daily. The bathrooms had warm water too. Only mug and bucket were not given. But shower is there. The rooms were not that big but since we were out the whole day, that didn't matter. The location is quite good as we could go walking to New Market which was just about 8- 10 mins away on foot. Even though this hotel is located at the centre, it was peaceful and quiet inside. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures, if you're wondering. Overall, it was a good stay at this hotel and i would recommend others to try staying here too.
