A good place to stay for a short trip. The hotel is located in an average locality in Kurla and the living spaces are not cosy and comfortable. Moreover, the atmosphere in dormitory is far from a pleasant one. There is no enough ventilation, though the cleanliness is satisfactorily at least in the case of washrooms. The staff is extremely hospitable and they really help in case in any issues. Dining is not available in the hotel. Parking space is not available outside the hotel. Summing up, the overall rating based on different parameters is as follows: 1. Cleanliness : 3/5 2. Hospitality : 5/5 3. Comfort and coziness : 3/5 4. Washrooms : 4/5

This hotel not a family hotel. Can stay for one night in cheap room charges. Room is not clean. Even not maintain minimum OYO ROOM criteria. Don't expect to much. Then haven't own kitchen & restaurant. But the staff is good & help full.

I'm saying this in advance - probably there were better rooms at the property but the room and the service we got was the worst ever I've come across so far. This whole accommodation looked like a stay originally made for truckers (no offence to truckers) and a paint job later was associated/listed on Oyo. The room was smaller than displayed on the site, was very untidy and there were so many mosquitoes already inside the room waiting to welcome us from the second we opened the door. And the boys maintaining the place acted as if they couldn't see even a single mosquito. And then there are no phone signals once within the room. So you cannot make a call if you're trapped inside and need to make an emergency call. And they denied having other rooms we could shift into. I can't blame them for this part but just so you guys know, the locality isn't clean either. So if you're going with a family, it's a definite no no. The worst part came 20 minutes after we checked in early at around 8:30 AM when I tried calling Oyo customer service for help to explain the situation and for a change in properties. I made a call 5 times and each time was transferred to different teams and all those calls got/were disconnected after I was put on hold for over 25 minutes each and every time !! And all this happened while I stood on the footpath outside as there were no phone signals inside. And each time Oyo customer service called the reception, those calls were simply silenced by the guys at the reception as well. After about 3 hours and having had the worst customer service ever in my life, I finally cancelled my booking and shifted to a hostel(Mumbai Staytion Dorm) 7 kms away which was a 1000 times better in every aspect - cleanliness, customer service and overall satisfaction. Worst ever travelling experience overall - with both the property and Oyo !!

Well maintained hotel, smiling faces. The hotel owner is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay. The staff members are very helpful. Good place to stay for family and business trip. The hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality. Bathrooms are well maintained with modern fittings. Bandra Kurla Complex, Airport, Phoenix mall and LTT station is nearby. Overall experience was awesome.
