Sharing facts and will leave it for readers to decide: 1) it is a homestay with rules. Remove your shoes, can’t bring outside food and more 2) they would clean bed or bathroom but all wardrobes and almirahs are dirty 3) very small washrooms 4) will only sell water bottles and won’t provide water to drink. Rigid with pointless rules like one towel per room, can’t give iron 5) for whatever reason: A/C are not much effective. Top floor, too much heat, Old A/C 6) Incorrect address mentioned on most of the platforms including Google with no direct contact In summary they would like to earn money from their home but want to control guests with as less effort and cost as possible (not expensive though.. a good point) Few helper are good and few stubborn.

It is a extremely horrible hotel, i booked this hotel through oyo and they confirmed my booking. I called the hotel one day earlier and told them that i will check in at 6 am morning with my dad who is a senior citizen. But, when i reached there they didn't open the gate and told us to leave the property as there are no rooms left in their hotel. I told about the previous conversation and about the online booking but they refused the booking of online booking. I feel very shame in front of my parents. It was really a horrible behavior of the hotel staff, because they asked to leave the property. And don't use oyo also as they did not confirmed the hotel and they only mail the staff. They don't care about the customer situation. They take any kind of low rated hotels and the connection between the oyo and hotel is very poor.

This Trinayan Guest House is not at all any standard.. The bedsheets, pillows and the bathroom are very very veryyyyy dirty.. They don't even change it after someone used these stuffs... The bathrooms are the dirtiest bathroom we have ever seen,, I think Public toilets are more clean than their toilet... And lastly, the behavior of the staff are also very arrogant and they don't even know how to behave to a guest.. I recommend all of you to stay away from this Guest House in Dibrugarh..
