Room was not clean, cockroaches were in bathroom and room service line doesn't work so i had to go to reception for towel snd water bottle. They give you AC room but it doesn't work because it only has indoor fan no outdoor was installed (I checked it personally). T. V doesn't work too and when you order food they charge 50% amount as service charge. Wifi doesn't work tootoo and electric plugs were broken.

worst experience with this hotel.staff is very rude.. they are ready to fight with you specially nitin kalyani. This person is very rude and pathetic. He don't know how to talk with customers..pathetic room condition. Washroom was not clean and please don't book with Oyo. They wil not pick your call. I tried for 1 hour and still I didn't get any response.. i wish i can give negative rating to this hotel.. at the end i booked another hotel.oyo please help the customer who booked from your site.improve your service..

I booked it for 449 and they said we don't have any room left for 449, only 600 for non AC and 1000 for AC rooms are left. So i needed to check in there for non AC room. There was some smell in room to so i asked them to change the bedsheet and add some room freshner. TV was not working so basically there was a room only for 600 for a night nothing else.
