Ok for short stay.. Rooms are very small. No cupboards / shelfs . You can’t use iron box, induction stove .. Not allowed. Rent includes the water and electricity charge .. no need to Pay extra .. You should clean the room yourself.. no support from the owner/ staff. It’s better than the Adora lodge just opposite to Nedumbarambil..

The rate of the rooms are pretty expensive when compared to other places around . A moderate size "Single" room would cost you around 3500 rupees a month !! The rooms are pretty big and you even get personal bathrooms ,but not attached to the room. The walls in some of the rooms are pretty bad though. The bathrooms are cleaned once in a month or two. The rooms were never cleaned in my two month stay here at this place . Its basically a huge hall divided into several personal spaces with plastic room separators. A feet of space is left in the plastic separator,which act as ventilators in the room. Overall, I would say that it's a good place to be and is very quite, if u like calm and peaceful places to be ...
