On our visit to Lucknow, we have stayed at this OYO hotel. Actually, we selected the hotel due to its location and 'oyo' brand name. Sadly, our experience was simply bad. The room alloted to us had rotten smell. They provided an alternative smaller room. The bathroom was very small resulting in water slippage to the main room. The persons on the counter were arrogant. Instead of solving the problem, they have mastered the art of passing the back. We have booked the room that included breakfast charges. On the day of departure i.e. 22nd July 2019, the kitchen was non-functional as lpg cylinders were exhausted. Their response was what could they do to this unforeseen occurrence!

AC was not workinv good. Bathroom was less spacious. The receptionist couldn't provide spacious room. Lift was so small that only a single person with only one luggage can use it. Room was alao small

Very Nice location much close to Lucknow Railway Station, very close to Charbagh Metro Station, Rooms are neat & clean, Reception staff coprative supportive, over all a good experience now known as OYO Flagship CHARBAGH 29055,its a value of money deal Charbagh area.
