Date of Stay: 15 Aug 2023 I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at A3 Empire hotel , and I must say that while the overall ambiance and amenities of the hotel were decent, my stay was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist. It's truly disheartening when a single staff member's attitude can overshadow the entire impression of a hotel. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was met with an indifferent and almost dismissive attitude from the receptionist. Despite my attempts to engage in a friendly conversation, I was met with monosyllabic responses and an apparent lack of interest in helping me. My questions about the facilities and nearby attractions were met with vague answers, leaving me feeling like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. Even more frustrating was the issue I encountered with my room reservation. I had booked a specific room type well in advance, but upon check-in, I requested them for early check-in, first they said you have wait then they said by paying additional amount you will get Early check-in. Even after lot of discussion and paying of addition amount the receptionist waited us so much long. After awaiting so long I got the room for my family. The lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by the receptionist was truly disappointing. In a service industry where guest satisfaction should be a top priority, I expected a much higher level of customer service. The receptionist's demeanor left me feeling frustrated and unheard, tarnishing what could have been an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Restaurant food is one of the attractive feature of this townhouse. one can get spicy variety as well as non-spicy home cooked type of vood. Suggestion - Need to introduce anytime hot beverages as in india people like us have habit of having tea or coffee multiple times at anytime of day/night. i missed that during my stay.

They doesn't allow visitors for atleast 10mins to meet. Worst behaviour from receptionists. It's too strict as it was more than a jail. #Waste #Worst #NotGood Costs around 2.5k per day This hotel owner should change their receptionists for behaving in this attitude with customers Better book Imperial Blue or Radisson Hotel for better stay. Thank you
