Resort facilities are great. The view from rooms is awesome. However I have given less stars for the food as the food was bad. There was no taste in the room..paneer was too hard. Breakfast spread was good but it was repeated each day and it was too blend. It could be better.

We had a great vacation stay in Parakkat resort. Good Valley view and good food. Employees show great kindness and superb attitude (Room services were little delay, may be the day I stayed there was fully occupied by guest) . We absolutely love the food we have taken in the breakfast.We booked premium room .The state includes a complimentary jeep safari to their tea, coffee and cardamom plantations.

The property is situated near Munnar, and the valley view from the resort was amazing. The staff was friendly, and everything went smoothly from check-in to checkout. For dinner, they charged 750 per head (Buffet), but it could be improved in terms of quality and the variety of items(veg). The very short Jeep ride and the small trek were enjoyable experiences. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Had a great vacation with my family. We stayed for 2nights in a family premium octave room which was super cool with lots of spaces with neat and tidy. The complement breakfast was too good and tasty, we all loved it and enjoyed it. Also the complementary Jeep Savari was also a plus point and little bit adventurous too. At night, camp fire was also good were we meet different peoples and without knowing each other all are just enjoying and dancing with the musics. Only negative, I faced was the bathroom plumbing was not proper, they fixed upon calling... Not expected this from such a resort, also there was a bit more waiting time approx 10-15mins for hot water to come. Other than these, we enjoyed a lot and got good memories.
