Great stay… we have requested for candle light dinner and they had arranged excellently, staff person Aldrin managed it well. We stayed in royal villa which had jacuzzi. Over all stay was good. Recommendable

We stayed here from 30/11/23 to 01/12/23. Let me review one by one. First : Approaching road.Well located on the main road and hassle free approach road unlike other resorts where approcahing road will be off road and struggle to approach. Second : Car Parking. Pretty good and accessable near reception area Third : Reception - Reception area is good. Welcomed with a drink and pretty neat area combined with restaurant area Fourth : Hospitality - The staffs are well mannered and very supportive and friendly. Fifth : Room - We booked Heritage AC Independent room and the room is pretty spacious and well maintained. The interior of the room is top class and the mountain view from balcony is top notch. Lighting is good. Iron box, Dryer,Kettle and dressing table and all basic facilities were available in the room. Thorughly enjoyed the room ambience. Sixth : Restaurant- Had only dinner and breakfast and the food is excellent. No complaints about the food quality and quality. Seventh : Snacks - Missing snacks and tea here in the evening which was provided by the other resort we stayed next day. Eighth : Infinity Pool - Classic view and top class. Absolutely enjoyed the view and the pool. Nineth : Play area - Well maintained and having billiards,chess,handball and carrom. Spent good time. Conclusion : The resort is well maintained and clean and hygiene. Had a nice stay there and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended and must visit resort in Wayanad.

Overall it was a great experience staying at Petals resort.I stayed there once with my friends and also with family couple of months ago. The hospitality of the staff is amazing. The location has a nice view of Chembra Peak and rooms in the resort has a nice view from the him top. The food service during lunch and dinner and breakfast was the best of class.

We had a wonderful experience at Petals Resort during our school reunion. The location was serene, and the resort's amenities were top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The one-night stay with my friends was a memorable and enjoyable time. Spacious nature friendly dining area with delicious food was a highlight.Overall, I would highly recommend Petals Resort for a relaxing getaway or special occasions with family and friends

Pros: The resort is beautiful, lush green. The rooms and the balcony are spacious. We stayed in a room with jacuzzi and that was the HIGHLIGHT of our stay. The staff is quite courteous, the breakfast was decent, swimming pool was amazing- clean and well maintained. There’s a GAME ROOM too with pool table, carrom, chess, foosball- we loved spending time over there. Con: The only thing we absolutely hated was the SPA- the masseuse didn’t seem to be actual masseuse- it was painful- they didn’t seem to have any knowledge on massaging- felt more like a torture
