I Booked romantic Villa with Jacuzzi. I travelled with my Wife, my 9 months old daughter and my pet Bolt. The view from the villa was breathtaking, It is a spacious Room, large bathroom and large balcony. All you need to do is enjoy jacuzzi with awesome view. Staff was polite and always ready to help. Jyotsna from reception was very helpful during our stay and thanks to Nikel he is also very helpful during our stay. They need to improve there kitchen as the food was average but breakfast was good.

Enjoyed the ambience and nature around the resort. Check in, Stay and Check out process are smooth and easy. Mr. Pawan's support in getting to the Resort and reception was exceptional.

Fantastic staff and service. Rooms are spacious and clean. Everyone is courteous and polite. Food is mind blowing and authentic Kerala style. Mahesh who is RM was very nice and Vasanth and Gokul from the restaurant was awesome. Pawan took care of the room arrangements

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Silverwoods resort along with 17 family members, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, and their hospitality truly stood out. Special mention about Chef Vasant, Bijith, Harsha and other staff from Restaurant. Jayesh from Spa, Pawan from front desk ; Mahesh for co ordinating with us from day 1 . Jaikumar with bookings From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome I received set the tone for a wonderful stay. The entire team at Silverwoods was incredibly attentive, ensuring every aspect of our visit was comfortable and enjoyable. The resort itself is nothing short of spectacular. Nestled amidst breathtaking scenery, the ambiance was serene and rejuvenating. The attention to detail in the resort's design and upkeep truly impressed me. The food was a culinary delight! Thanks to Chef Vasant Baskar for accommodating all our requests. We had organised for a cake cutting over night and the team helped us with all our requests which was commendable. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Pros: The stay at resort was awesome. We were a group of 20 people and had lot of fun. Prestige villas are great rooms. Staff were really helpful. Pawan and Jai did a good job in managing our booking. Cons: Restaurant service could be improved. Staff was helpful but they were not able to scale when multiple large groups eats at the same time. Points to discuss before group booking: Ask for buffet specially if coming with large group - and confirm the same in the mornings as Ala Carte takes lot of time. Check with reception for bonfire (if large group - they can arrange private one too) and ask about drinks too. Overall happy with the stay in month of December.
