Modern, clean and state of the art hotel. The staff are friendly and always on hand. The rooms are immaculate with all the amenities you could ever need. The restaurant is very good and breakfast have a good choice of local and continental cuisine’s. I will 100% stay again and cannot wait until my stay. Many Thanks, Peter

My stay at Planet Hollywood Thane was a memorable experience. The hotel's location in Thane offered a peaceful escape from the bustling city of Mumbai, yet it was conveniently close to all major attractions. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The modern decor and amenities added a touch of luxury to my stay. The hotel staff was incredibly hospitable, always ready to assist with a warm smile. They provided excellent service, from check-in to room service and housekeeping. The dining options at the hotel were exceptional, with a variety of cuisines to choose from, satisfying every palate. The highlight of my stay was the rooftop pool and bar, which offered stunning views of the city. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day of exploring. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine. Overall, Planet Hollywood Thane provided a wonderful blend of comfort and luxury. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers, and I look forward to returning for another memorable stay.

I recently dined twice at Cafe Hollywood, Planet Hollywood's premium restaurant with family, and I must say it was a memorable experience. While the menu offered a relatively limited selection, each item on it was a culinary delight. The first thing that stood out was the exceptional taste of the dishes. Every item I tried was bursting with flavor, and the careful use of spices added an exciting dimension to the flavors. It was evident that the chefs at Cafe Hollywood take great pride in their craft, and it truly showed in every bite. What also impressed me was the service. The staff was not only attentive but also very prompt. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered helpful recommendations, enhancing the overall dining experience. While the quality of the food and service was top-notch, it's worth noting that the cost is on the higher side. However, in this case, you truly get what you pay for. The quality of the cuisine and the overall experience make it worth the premium price tag. In summary, Cafe Hollywood at Planet Hollywood is a premium restaurant with a concise yet delectable menu. I have taken yearly membership in PH and so far it seems totally worth it. We receive good offers in food, hotel booking, Spa, swimming, etc. Hotel is awesome with best location and along with that they have a good gym infra setup and trainer over there Mr.Satish is very professional, highly experienced, supportive & extremely down to earth. I will recommend the membership package to all which includes the Gym also :)

I have visited along with my family for dinner and opted for buffet option.Food quality is pathetic chicken starter is raw not cooked properly. Even service is very slow not value for money. Hotel should extend dinner time till 12 and required drastic improvement in quality of food . Egg items not available and liquor is also not available of choice.Overall poor experience spoiled my evening and suggest not to visit for dining purpose.
