We had an exceptional experience at Byke Suraj Plaza. The room was impeccably clean, and the neighborhood felt incredibly safe. All our requests were promptly attended to by the attentive staff. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the delightful buffet breakfast. With a diverse array of delicious vegetarian dishes, it felt like a homely feast. As a vegetarian, I was thrilled with the abundance of options. If given the opportunity, I would gladly choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Actually we are here for 2 days corporate conference experience at Byke Suraj Plaza is very good The conference rooms are clean All our requests were promptly attended to by the attentive staff. The buffet breakfast is good. a diverse array of delicious vegetarian dishes were available, but it's all vegetarian may not like non vegetarian

This place was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’d rather stay in an old motel off the 95. The rooms were half decent except for the fact that they’re extremely small and the floors are icky/walls have weird stains/bed has weird stains plus one room had bedbugs. We had to shift rooms several times due to the ac breaking and some organization and the rooms on the 5th floor were quite unkempt. The service was not up to par for the price paid. When moving rooms, hotel staff took forever to move. Staff were also occasionally rude/pushy, and there was one lady in the lobby who was extremely impertinent over the most arbitrary things. The price warranted a half decent hotel, though this establishment failed to reach the bar even for budget hotels. Only upside is the location as it is quite close to many interesting activities. Overall, this was not what was expected and was exceptionally disappointing for the price paid. I would not recommend staying here with your family.
